Terms for Miniature Horses Being Sold:
- All horses are current on shots and deworming.- All horses hooves are trimmed on an eight to ten week schedule.- Horses being sold for $1,000 or less, coggins and health certificate costs are the responsibility of the buyer. - Horses selling for more than $1,000 will come with coggins and health certificate at the cost of the seller.- All mares being sold as bred will come with a Live Foal Guarantee. If the mare does not produce a Live Foal buyer is entitled to a free re-breeding to the same stallion. - Transportation back to Mini Fantasies Farm, mare care, and boarding will be the responsibility of the buyer.- For all foals being sold there is a height guarantee. If the foal matures to over 34 inches, it must be returned to Mini Fantasies Farm, and at that time the purchase price will be returned to the buyer.Terms for Stallion Services:
Little Wheels Bosses Man Friday- Stud fee: $400- Fee to be paid when the mare is dropped off- Live Foal Guarantee- If the mare does not produce a Live Foal, the mare may be returned for a re-breeding.- All mares being brought onto Mini Fantasies property must have a current coggins and health certificate.Reh’s Bronco Bob- Stud fee: $400- Fee to be paid when the mare is dropped off- Live Foal Guarantee- If the mare does not produce a Live Foal, the mare may be returned for a re-breeding.- All mares being brought onto Mini Fantasies property must have a current coggins and health certificate.Mare Care Costs:
- Daily care: $2.00 per day- All costs incurred during the mares stay (i.e.: shots, deworming, emergencies, hoof care, blood testing) will bethe responsibility of the mare’s owner. Routine teasing is used to confirm pregnancy, blood tests or ultra soundchecks for pregnancy is done only at owner’s request and at their expense.*Mini Fantasies Farm reserves the right to change any of the above terms.
